How do I log in to Attainment Tracker?
For Managers/Supervisors:

[your-tenant].admin.swiptools.app/login - Enter your username and password
- If 2FA is enabled, enter your 6-digit code
For Shop Floor Operators:
- Use the enrolled tablet at your workstation, or
- Download the Attainment Tracker Operator app and scan your cell’s QR code

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
- On the login screen, click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your Swip Tools administrator.

How do I set up a new device?

Can I use my own personal device?
Yes, for operator use, you can:
- Download the Attainment Tracker Operator app
- Log in with your operator credentials

However, dedicated cell devices (tablets) are recommended for best experience and to avoid personal device battery drain.
How do I charge the tablets?

Production counts seem wrong
Possible causes:

- Planned Downtime: Is changeover time categorized correctly?
- Quality Tracking: Are scrap/rework being recorded?
Common OEE Mistakes:
- Breaks counted as downtime (should be excluded)
- Unrealistic target cycle times (too fast or too slow)
- Not recording all downtime
- Not recording quality issues
I can’t log in

- Reset password: Use “Forgot Password?” if needed
- Clear browser cache: Old cached login data can cause issues

The app is slow or laggy
