Dashboard Overview

Learn how to navigate and customize Attainment Tracker's real-time manufacturing dashboards.

The Attainment Tracker dashboard gives you a live view of what’s happening across your manufacturing operations. This guide covers navigation, customization, and key features.

Main Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized into several key areas:

Header Bar

  • Facility selector - Switch between locations
  • Time range picker - View historical or real-time data
  • Alert indicator - Quick access to active alerts
  • User menu - Settings and logout
  • Navigation menu - Access all Attainment Tracker modules
  • Quick filters - Filter by cell, line, or shift
  • Favorites - Pin frequently used views

Main Content Area

  • Widget grid - Customizable data visualizations
  • Live updates - Data refreshes automatically

Key Widgets

OEE Gauge

Displays current OEE with color-coded signals for investigation:

  • Green (85%+): Running as expected — worth understanding what’s working
  • Yellow (65-84%): Something may have changed — worth a look
  • Red (below 65%): A specific factor is likely driving this — what is it?

These ranges are starting points. Your facility will develop its own understanding of what’s typical for each cell and context.

Production Counter

Shows units produced vs. target with trend indicator.

Downtime Pareto

Automatically categorizes and ranks downtime reasons so your team can investigate the most frequent ones.

Cell Status Grid

At-a-glance view of all cells with current state.

Customizing Your Dashboard

Adding Widgets

  1. Click the + button in the top right
  2. Browse available widgets by category
  3. Drag and drop to position
  4. Configure widget settings

Creating Custom Views

  1. Arrange widgets as desired
  2. Click Save View
  3. Name your view
  4. Share with team members (optional)

Setting Default View

  1. Open the view you want as default
  2. Click the Menu button
  3. Select Set as Default

Real-Time Features

Live Data Streaming

All dashboard data updates in real-time via WebSocket connection:

  • Continuous data streaming
  • Automatic reconnection
  • Offline indicator when disconnected

Alerting

Configure alerts based on:

  • OEE thresholds
  • Downtime duration
  • Production rate deviations
  • Quality defect rates
