Our Story
Swip Tools was born from a problem we kept seeing on factory floors: teams arguing about numbers. Supervisors distrusted the data. Operators felt watched, not supported. And improvement programs stalled because no one could explain why time was being lost — only that it was.
The tools available weren't helping. They showed red and green. They ranked shifts against each other. They treated OEE as a score to chase rather than a story to understand. The result was blame, gaming, and mistrust — the opposite of improvement.
We set out to build something different. Attainment Tracker was designed around a simple principle: show people where their time goes, explain what blocked flow, and let them decide what to fix.
Today, our platform tracks hundreds of manufacturing cells across diverse industries. We're proud that operators trust our system — not because it grades them, but because it helps them see their own work clearly.
