Production data should answer real questions, not populate scoreboards. The Attainment Tracker organizes your history around three questions your team actually asks.
Three Questions, In Order
1. What Work Happened?
Start with the facts. How many parts were completed? Which jobs ran? What did each shift accomplish? This is the foundation — what your people actually did.
2. Where Did Time Go?
Every minute of a shift went somewhere: production, setup, planned downtime, unplanned downtime, or idle time. This view breaks down where time was spent so your team can see the full picture, including setup — which is real work, tracked explicitly, not lumped into lost time.
3. What Blocked Flow?
When production didn’t flow, something caused it. Material shortages, equipment issues, changeover duration, waiting on upstream — this view surfaces the causes so the people closest to the work can address them.
How Attainment Works Here
Attainment is never shown as a standalone number. It always appears with the causes that explain it: “72% attainment — Setup: 38 min, Material wait: 14 min, Unplanned downtime: 8 min.” The number is an explanation, not a grade.
Data Export
Your production data belongs to you. Export shift history, time breakdowns, and cause logs in standard formats for whatever reporting or analysis your team needs.
